Shipping Information
SHIPPING POLICY (DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY)
- Flat rate of $8 on standard shipping for orders under $100. (Excludes: Kendrick Wall Decor) Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders.
- FREE shipping is offered on orders over $100. (Excludes: Kendrick Home Decor Signs)
- Kendrick Wall Decor is made to order and will take 1-2 weeks to process. Once Kendrick has completed your order they will ship your sign(s) directly to you. For your convenience, shipping costs have been added to the price of each sign.
EMBER + EVE CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Unforeseen delays that happen within the USPS or UPS.
- Packages that are lost, damaged, or marked as delivered. To file a claim please contact USPS or UPS directly.
- Incorrect addresses: Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly at the time of checkout. If your package is returned to EMBER + EVE CO. and needs to be reshipped it will be at the buyer's expense.
A FEW NOTES ON LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: If you cannot find your package we recommend the following:
- Confirm your shipping address is correct.
- Visit your local USPS or UPS office with tracking readily available to see where the delivery person dropped off your package.
- Chat with neighbors near and far to see if your package may have been delivered to their address.
- USPS and UPS will sometimes update tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery.
- Lastly, EMBER + EVE CO. is happy to help with packages that have not been marked as delivered. If your package has not been scanned as delivered please reach out to us via email at embereveco@gmail.com. Please note that once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
