RETURN POLICY

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We recommend inspecting your order immediately after it has been delivered. You have 5 days of receiving your delivery to detect any defects or damages to your items. Please us at embereveco@gmail.com if issues have been detected.
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 5-day period and must include the order number and photos of the issue.
  • Any defects found after 5 days of receiving the items will be assessed a restocking fee of 20%.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for more than 30 days, removed tags, washed, or worn it.

Returns: (No exchanges are allowed)

  • All clothing returns will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card.
  • We must receive your return within 10 days of when your package was delivered to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns must be scent-free, stain-free, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. If items are do not meet those requirements, the return will not be accepted.
  • We will not accept any returns after the 10 day return period. The first day of the 10-day window is the day your package was delivered.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • ALL sales are FINAL on items listed below and cannot be returned.

  • ALL Pet Accessories
  • ALL Sale items ending in .99

 Please note:

  • We do not provide free return shipping.
  • Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (from order) in the return.
  • It is your responsibility to choose which carrier to use when sending the return back to us. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
